Liked this hotel, had 3 awesome days here. Accommodating, helpful employees at the reception desk. Check-in was good. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. Visited their restaurant Al Khairat couple of times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, thanks. Pleasant room, exceptional service, incredibly nice stuff. The area was shopping. Also, abraj al bait mall towers was in close proximity to the venue. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Quick check-in, efficient check-out.
